Cross Country runs well @Wellington

On Saturday, October 10th, the MS & HS Cross Country teams competing in a Wellington tri-meet with Clearview.  Senior, Una Moon Laubscher Baumann (25:11), and Faith Dull (29:15) finished the meet 1st and end. On the Middle School girl’s side, Courage Bielawski took top honors with a time of (15:43), followed by Olivia Hudson (16:51)

On Saturday, September 26th, the Cross Country program competed at the JB Firestone Invitational hosted by Black River. Avon early bird inv. highlights MS boys: Ronan ran 14:51, taking 4:35 off his time from Tues. HS girls: Megan ran 24:18, taking another 30 off her best time which she set a week ago. HS boys: Jeremy ran 19:37, bettering his personal best by 14 sec and his season best by almost a minute;

Good day for our Phoenix cross country girls. Janae and Megan each ran personal bests times – Janae 23:23 and Megan 24:48, that’s 1:23 and 0:46 improvements.  Boys Phoenix cross country also had a good day.
