XC made some strides @Seneca

Good day for our Phoenix cross country girls. Janae and Megan each ran personal bests times – Janae 23:23 and Megan 24:48, that’s 1:23 and 0:46 improvements.  Boys Phoenix cross country also had a good day. Jeremy and Asher each improved significantly from Monday’s race – Jeremy 20:34 and Asher 24:34, that’s 1:49 and 1:38

Cross Country Starts the Season!!

Asta Rustad ran away with the win at the Keystone Icebreaker in a time of 19:31.50.  She had a great race to start out the season, look for more great races to come. The rest of the young team started the season well with good gutsy runs.
