Asta’s last 24 hours

Last night, Asta was one of 1 of 7 Valedictorians at graduation and today she placed 8th in the D-III 3,200 race with a time of 11.22.16. Congratulations to you, your family and Coach Hudson.

Regional Track Finals Report

The boys and girls competed for the second day at the regional championships today and  great performances were had by all. The boys 4×100 finished 7th and ran a personal best time of 44.90. Which is the fastest time in over 10 years.  The girls 4×200 finished 6th with a season best time of 1:49.93. 

Asta advanced, but others shine in the Regionals

Asta Rustad advanced to the State Track meet in the 1600 or 3200 meters on Friday, June 1st in Columbus. Girls-4x100m finished 5th (.33 seconds from advancing to states) and 4x200m finished 6th (1:49.93 second best time of the year) The team was made up of Kayliana Barbee, Liz Santiago, Nya Grady-Norman and Angie Clement. Regional Track Report

Bright Spots at the PAC Championships

The Girls and Boys team competed in the Patriot Athletic conference meet Wednesday and Friday. Track Report

By Jason Hudson The track season is off to a good start after competing in three meets. Both the girls and boys finished second in the two conference triangular meets at Black River and Brooklyn. Then faced much stronger competition as they traveled to Amherst this past Thursday to compete at the Lorain Country invitational.
