As we are entering Phase 2 of the Return to Play protocol on June 29th, we are happy to be adding Basketball to the offseason training plan.

OHS – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday  (5:00-7:00 pm)
Langston –  Monday & Thursday (4:00-6:00 pm)

Volleyball
OHS- Tuesday & Thursday (4:00-6:00 pm)

Soccer-Starting July 6th
Boys Soccer-Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (3:30-5:00 pm)
Girls Soccer- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3:30-5:00 pm)

Boys Basketball-All workouts will be at OHS
Langston- Tuesday & Thursday (3:00-4:00 pm)
Freshman- Monday & Wednesday (4:00-6:00 pm)
Junior Varsity- Tuesday & Thursday (6:00-8:00 pm)
Varsity- Monday & Wednesday (6:00-8:00 pm)
